A rare case of paediatric sublingual keratinous cyst

The occurrence of keratinous cyst in the oral cavity is extremely rare. Keratinous floor mouth painless, doughy or fluctuant lesion and causes no symptoms until it large enough to interfere with speech eating. Cyst generally presents as slow progressive growth often not diagnosed second third decade life. We report an uncommon presentation sublingual space a 6year old female child. swelling was mimicking ranula on inspection. On complete examination, appeared epidermoid cyst. After routine evaluation mass, surgical excision performed under general anaesthesia. This case addresses novel information regarding simple yet effective way managing paediatric patient.
